Good morning! I wanted to pop in and share a quick recipe for a pumpkin green smoothie that’s sweet but not overly so and is packed with protein.
3 oz dark leafy greens
1 c frozen banana, peeled and broken into smaller pieces
1/2 c pure pumpkin
1 c 2% plain Fage Greek yogurt
1 c light Cruze Farm milk
15 grams Manitoba Harvest original hemp protein powder
Simply layer all ingredients into your blender and both pulse and blend until all ingredients are smooth. Divide among bowls or glasses. We served ours with Qrunch Cinnamon Vanilla Toastables topped with Wild Friends Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter.
