Hello and happy Friday! I am super excited because Matt and I will be joining Kaci and Drew this evening for a super fun event at Ijam’s. They are airing Disney’s Alice in Wonderland outside on a big screen and will have food trucks. I love these events in our sweet community!
Onto the goods. I paid a visit to Naturally A Deal Discount Market and found some more fun foods! We loved the sprouted sour cream and chive flavor, so I picked up another bag plus pizza and cinnamon.
I love a fun topping for yogurt and oatmeal bowls!
True dairy yogurt is my fav, but I’m all about trying new versions! I’m definitely all about the oat milk, so naturally I had to get a few of Silk’s newest “Oat Yeah” cups to try! The vanilla was a little meh but definitely would be delicious topped with some granola and/or fruit and nuts!
Kroger’s free Friday download was for a Quest bar. I had never tried one before, and let’s just say one and done. Ha!
So far I’ve used this jarred crushed tomatoes in two dishes, and it’s been a lovely addition! We will be using the Smoky Peach Whiskey Sauce on pork ribs soon, and I’m super excited to try it!
I have not yet made it, but I figured I’d share for any fellow CFA sauce lovahs! I’ll let you know how the homemade version tastes!
We have been in need of silicone tongs and a pizza cutter, so naturally I found them both from the Pioneer Woman line. Love!
These new plates, swoon. I looove the jade green with a scallop edge!
These memories of our babies and of Mason make my heart swell so big with love and pride!! He wasn’t even two years old here. Just a baby!
Rocked one of my floral dresses with my “new” sleeveless vest/cardigan and booties for still a summery look with a slight nod to fall. Not rushing time, though!
I decided to eat at this adorable tea room nestled inside a local vintage shop for lunch on Wednesday, and it was such a nice experience!
I loved this rug next to my table. The whole area was so cute. They had twinkly lights and faux greenery strung above the area.
I chose the egg salad croissant, fruit salad, and tomato dill soup. Very comforting and delicious!
I tried their key lime for dessert, and it was phenomenal!
For some meal inspiration, I made baked flounder with the tomato sauce shown above plus jarred marinated artichoke salad, seasoned brown rice, and roasted vegetables over wilted spinach with avocado. Super quick and tasty!
I enjoyed Amy’s frozen vegan hash over wilted spinach, and I added ketchup to the hashbrowns, garlic oil hot sauce and avocado to the scramble, and a cutie on the side. Matt and I both love this meal and can’t wait to get it again!
Ending with some humor this time, ha!
Have a fabulous weekend!
